William's Book Club (and balls) - JESS

Hi Buddy! I'm excited to start something new here..inspired by Colby Keller and his BOOK BONERS (see the latest here: ) I want to begin with one of my favorite books of the year: JESS: O! Tricky Cad and other Jessoterica..JESS was a chemist whose involvement in creating plutonium with the Manhattan Project gave him such anxiety that he dropped out to become a collage artist, beginning a lifelong relationship with a poet partner. This collection features a reproduction of his booklet O! and a fold-out dust jacket I show off here..I have a few more pix with this wonderful book to share tomorrow. In the meantime, if you'd care to participate in this fun experiment, my Amazon wish list is here..and if you'd care to buy me a book from it I"ll be pleased to take some pictures to post with your gift.
